Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss any concerns. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
If your product arrived damaged or in poor condition, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
If the product doesn't match your order description, we'll correct the error and provide appropriate compensation.
If there was an error in order fulfillment on our part, we'll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.

Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a significant error on our part. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure satisfaction before finalizing custom arrangements.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
